As the subject of recurrent discussion in this time of global crises, the concept of global governance is often expressed but without any attempt to ask two key questions: its financing and its purpose. That is what UNITAID, an organisation that I have chaired since 2006, has tried to do and aims to prove that micro-doses of solidarity can change the world!
