Director of Projections and Long-Term Trends in the High Commission for Planning (HCP) of the Kingdom of Morocco since 2013, this statistical engineer and economist, 50, was trained at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) of Rabat and the University of Illinois (United States). He is supervising the “Future Trends: Morocco 2030” programme and has been involved in the preparation of reports related to Morocco for the United Nations, the Egyptian Economic Research Forum and the Institut de la Méditerranée.
